How long does domestic and international shipping take?
Domestic shipping to Germany will take 1-2 business days, 3-7 business days to Europe and 10-14 business days to the rest of the world. Some destinations have longer delivery times of up to 20+ business days.
How many trees were planted for my order?
1 tree for 1 gift! We plant one tree on behalf of our customers for every product ordered. In order to facilitate the tracking of your ESG KPIs in your company you will receive a sustainability report as well as a digital planting certificate by e-mail after your order has been processed for delivery. In the e-mail you will find more information on our tree-planting partners. Please check your inbox (including spam and junk folders) for the e-mail and the certificate.
Do I have to provide the logo/designs for the custom products?
If you wish to have a specific logo or design printed on the products, you can certainly send us the files. However, we also provide a variety of customizing options already included in our proposal. This way, you have the flexibility to choose the best option that fits your needs.
How long is the production process?
The production process duration depends on the specific product and the size of your order. Typically, it can take anywhere from 3-4 business days up to 28 business days (for large orders). Our main goal is to ensure a timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards for all our products.
