Returns & Refunds

If you're unhappy with your product, and would like to return or exchange your product, we're here to help you!

We have a 30-day return and refund policy. You can return your product for free within 30 days of receiving the product and get a full refund.

*All products must be returned unused, in the same condition as it was received and with its original packaging and tags, otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.

To return or exchange a product, please click HERE and enter your order number and order email address. If you are unable to process your return through the Returns Portal, please contact us by email at hello@lullevibes.com with your order number.

  • Enter your order number and order email address, and click 'Find order'.
    • You can find your order number on the invoice or in the order confirmation email that you received right after placing your order. Please check your email inbox, including spam and junk folders, for the email.
    • The order email address is the email you used to place the order.
  • Select the item that you want to return, the quantity amount and the reason for the return.
    • For defect and damaged products, please select 'Damaged or defect'.
    • If you received an incorrect order or product, please select 'Received a wrong or incorrect product'.
  • Feel free to leave us any additional comments and attach any pictures or documents.
    • For defect and damaged products, please attach a picture of the defect or damage.
    • Indicate in the comment section whether you are looking to exchange a product or get a full refund.
  • Confirm your shipping address and click 'Submit return'.
    • The shipping address will be used to deliver any new replacement products.


Once you submit the return form, our team will quickly review the request and approve your return. If we require any additional information, we will contact you directly by email. 

  • Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Print out the prepaid return label and stick the return label on the original packaging or box we sent you. Don't forget to put the products you want to return into the box with the original packaging and tags.
    • You can stick the prepaid return label on top and over the original shipping label. Make sure to cover the old shipping label completely and ensure that the new return label is fully visible.
  • Drop-off the package at your local post office or shipping carrier, and ship back to us.


Free return labels are currently only available to customers in certain countries. Please see list of countries under our 'Free Return Labels Program' below. If you are unable to process your return in the Returns Portal or if your country is not included in the list, please contact us at hello@lullevibes.com with your order number and we will provide further return instructions by email.

Once we receive the returned products, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a full refund. The refund should appear in your account within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be longer for some countries and banks. If you don't receive the funds within 5 business days, please contact us and your bank.

If you are claiming an exchange or replacement, we will immediately process the replacement product for you and send it out for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking code to track your replacement product.

Defect & Damaged Products

First, we truly apologize that you received a defect or damaged product. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products out there, so we will replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.

To report a defect or damaged product, please click HERE and enter your order number and order email address (within 5 days of receiving your package). If you are unable to claim your damaged or defect product through the Returns Portal, please contact us by email at hello@lullevibes.com with your order number.

  • Choose the defect or damaged item, and select 'Damaged or defect' as the reason for the return.
  • Leave us a short description of the issue and attach a picture of the defect or damaged product.
  • Confirm your shipping address and click 'Submit return'.
    • The shipping address will be used to deliver the new replacement products.


Once you submit the form, we will immediately approve the request and process a new replacement product for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking code to track your replacement product.

We want to make your life easier, so depending on the nature of the damage, we may not need you to return the defect product. If we do require the product to be returned, we will contact you directly by email with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the defect or damaged product.

Important Disclaimers

  1. The 30-day return deadline starts from the moment you receive your package. We are not liable, responsible or obliged to refund your order or send you a new replacement product once the 30-day return deadline has passed. If the 30-day deadline has passed, you can contact us by email and we will try to help you!
  2. All products must be returned unused, in the same condition as it was received and with its original packaging and tags, otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.
  3. You must submit a return request via our Returns Portal or contact us by email at hello@lullevibes.com before returning a product.
  4. We will only issue a full refund to your account, including product and shipping costs, as soon as we receive the returned products at our facility in Germany.
  5. For any exchanges, we will process your replacement products and send them out for delivery as soon as we receive the returned products at our facility in Germany.
  6. We are not liable and do not issue refunds for any additional shipping, sales tax, import duty or customs charges incurred along the way or otherwise not collected by LulleVibes UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
  7. You must report defect and damaged products within 5 days of receiving the product. We are not liable, responsible or obliged to refund or replace damaged and defect products once the 30-day return deadline has passed. You can contact us by email if the 30-day deadline has passed, and we'll try our best to help you!
  8. We require pictures of defect and damaged products in order to approve an exchange.
  9. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may or may not need you to return the defect product. If we require the defect product to be returned, we will contact you directly by email with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the defect or damaged product.
  10. You must report wrong or incorrect orders and products products within 5 days of receiving the product. We are not liable, responsible or obliged to refund or replace incorrect products once the 30-day return deadline has passed. You can contact us by email if the 30-day deadline has passed, and we'll do our best to assist you!
  11. We follow the exact shipping information you provide on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable or responsible for lost, held, damaged packages or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses. We are also not obliged to refund your order or send you replacement products for errors related to incorrect shipping addresses.
  12. If packages are sent back to our facility for any reason (i.e. incorrect shipping address, unclaimed at customs etc.), we are not liable, responsible or obliged to refund the shipping costs or re-ship the package free of charge.
  13. We are not liable or responsible for any lost returned packages. If a return package is lost, we are not obliged or required to refund your order or send you a new replacement product free of charge.
